My furnace wasn't working so i called patriot heating and cooling. Paul came to my house and inspected my furnace thoroughly. He found a part and showed me that it needed to be replaced. He had my furnace fixed and up and running. I appreciate the courtesy Paul extended, the efficiency of getting the problem
